Re: E.C 30 plus years healed at last How I did it.

Update on my condition, I went out on Saturday with a friend had cappuccino and pastry ate freely without worrying about my lips, the next day I had a threadlike split on my bottom lip in the centre. Anyway I wasn't too worried although I know that I am not out of the woods completely, so I brushed my lips lightly and soaked them in the Epsom Salt solution for 6 minutes, it disintegrated into the water. By the way I had reduced soaking time to 6 minutes morning and night, but I have since decided to do maybe 15 minutes at night because in my experience its mostly overnight that the growth grows on the lips, if there is less infection at night there will be less build up in the morning. 30 minutes in the evening seems to be a rough time for adequately soaking the lips in order to cure /kill the yeast.

To Jason 1122, I decided to gargle or swish with the Epsom Salt solution and nearly threw up, I was amused as I remembered your post, Epsom Salt is diabolical to the taste, later I added some bicarbonate of soda into the epsom salt mixture and I can affirm that you can gargle, swish with it without being sick.

Brushing the lips lightly is very important, because it sloughs off the dead skin, stimulates the new skin and allows the Epsom salt solution to go deeper into the layers of skin, which is why I used to brush them again after about 5 minutes or so in the evening soak you can really feel the solution going through the skin. The protocol which inspired me was a guy who had athletes foot for 3 years, and said he was free of the soak after 3 weeks of soaking he also filed his foot (we brush our lips) to enable the solution to work more effectively, it takes roughly 21 days....this being ec I think it might take longer as lips are
liable to get wet several times a day and everyone has got it in different degrees.
