Ok. So Vitamin D is bad (shuts off your immune system which is why you feel better), Magnesium Chloride is bad (Magnesium Malate is better for some reason, can't understand why). I can't really drink milk or coffee (caffeine is an irritant to me and even raw milk messes me up because I'm either casein or lactose intolerant, even when adding lactase drops).
All my other questions still remain... though through my research it seems like a lot of these things have a great amount of cross over. SSKI has a bit of potassium, a LOT more iodine. Next big thing is figuring out what this NaCi/K ratio means and how I'm supposed to implement it.
I keep finding the more I research, the more questions I have and the less I realize I understand what to do. I do appreciate your response though... reading up on it now.
