I'm drinking massive massive amounts of water. I easily go through a gallon + a day and that's ignoring fruits and such. I'll try to drink more but yeah I'm consuming a lot of water, maybe a little bit less than a gallon and a half?
The main thing though: you don't think it's worth going down the take vitamin b12 + iron (folate) path? That was my major thing. My adrenal glands are clearly sore when I touch on them... unless it's normal for that to happen with Iodine and Iodine will fix that totally, it makes sense that the adrenal problem won't get fixed until I started taking Vitamin b... right?
