I am much more, understanding, confident and kind person from before I had it. I think having something that is out of your control and can cause you so much pain if you let it turn you stronger and better in the end.
Maybe I am just feeling overly positive and happy today. But right now I truly believe that EC is just your body and mind telling you:"ENOUGH IS ENOUGH, DO SOMETHING!".
Maybe you are eating unhealthy, or you have social anxiety, Or you are suffering from trauma. Whatever the reason, EC is the flashing red light that is our body's way to force us to make things better.
So guys, my advice to you is to just accept the things that you can't change and work on the things that you can.
Don't let this condition consume you, learn to live with it, and one day you will wake up to find that you are cured.
