BTW's, there is no need to feel guilty and certainly no one would hate you. Everyone here I am sure, just wants to help you and wish you well on your journey and impart any info to you that may help you.
No need to struggle or feel desperate, just take it as your journey, have mini goals that get you closer to your main goal, and have fun with it! Don't make your self suffer by setting your self up for failure but doing something that doesn't seem right to you at the time, or is too big a leap.
Eat clean real food for a while and re-address the Water Fasting later when you are more grounded in that.
