Hi PineappleHead wowww that was so motivating.Thank you for this. I almost gave up. But reading this makes me feel I can do this too. I will go slow but as you said will start a juice fast or a fruit one and slowly transition into the WF. Then it should be easier. Thankyou.
What about when there are parties or treats at work? How do I develop the willpower to say NO to all of this- especially with Christmas coming up I am worried.
