Just thought of some other neat ways to repel treats.
- Stay very well hydrated, and also by always having herbal teas, drink them as much as you like, especially ones that help with blood Sugar to keep you even keeled.
- another way is 'crowding out' which simply means to have such an abundance of good healthy food that there simply isn't any room for the nasty stuff.
- Another great source of info - I'm not sure if you have heard of her or not - is Sarah Wilson (in Au) - she has some really great handy stuff for people who are quitting junk food. I have an ebook but I don't know how to post it here?
She has a website with a huge abundance of info, recipes, resources. She knows a fair bit, and makes the process of transitioning easy... not specifically her course as such, but just her articles have some good starting points
