Hi PH,
I am on Day 2 now and even though its getting harder, I have the will power now to say NO and not give in to any cravings, at least until now.
But the thought of never having it ever, not sure how to deal with that.
As you said junk foods like Maccas/KFC have real bad stuff and illegal chemicals and God knows what-so I am quite convinced here and may be able to shun the fast foods.
But what about cream pastries like chocolate cake/cream cakes/donuts? Please help me to stop all of this completely too. But my heart is really not willing to give up on pastries, I love Cheesecakes a lot(The Cheesecake Factory)- How can I stop desiring for these things. Are these bad too? Or is it ok to have them once in a while?
Will it get better if I forcefully stay away from them for a while?
I feel good that I have decided to make myself healthier. I am planning to go longer, I haven't set a target yet- but I will try to add 1 day at a time, and see how that goes. I am happy I decided to join this forum, feels good to have some support.
