I am not on a fast at the moment, I will take some time to ease into things, I will try incorporating more of fruits into my diet. The first plan is to eliminate chocolate and icecreams. I will replace this with fruits. And I will plan one day of Water Fast a week or maybe not a Water Fast but atleast a fruit fast for a day each week. And I will see how that goes.
