If you buy a bottle of ascorbic vitamin C fruit flavoured and suck on 4 a day your your tongue. Will become cleaner and cleaner. Ascorbic acid kills yeast also in the stomach. White tongue is from yeast also DIAHRREA. I wouldn't stop taking them.
