treating swollen ankles (lymphedema)

I have had swollen ankles and nighttime cramps in my calves for years. I have been taking praziquantel, albendazole and ivermectin and amoxicillin for one month. Things are on the move; various episodes everyday such as itching and new sores. Mildly swollen feet and ankles persist, cramping is 98% stopped.

I want to go after the lymphedema. Am thinking about adding DEC, and rubbing PZQ or iver in via DMSO, and starting Doxycycline.

Any other - or better - ideas?

Have a safe and healthy New Year.
