Hey man, it's been months since I don't log into this forum to follow anything about candida anymore. Reason being is because I feel great and don't even think about it anymore. I'm 22 and developed a candida problem when I was about 19. I don't know exactly what caused it but I was suffering man. Never got the white coated symptom and I think my symptoms weren't as extreme as I've read about other people but definitely were exhausting to deal with and depressing. It took me all this time to actually feel great and not think about this, I really thought I would have to deal with it the rest of my life.
Long story short, after trying different anti-fungals, diet, probiotics, enzymes, colon hydrotherapy, etc. what helped me the MOST was doing DVJORGE's nystatin enemas. That's what gave me the reflief I always looked for in the other stuff. My routine wasn't so strict at all, you can get used to it if you're consistent. All you have to do is: every morning get an enema bag and enema sringe, fill up the enema bag with water and do a water enema first to clean your colon, after you got to get the liquid nystatin and mix 500,000USP with about 6oz of water to put into the sringe for a retention enema. Check DVJORGE's post, he explains it very detailed. Do this every day and I can guarantee your symptoms will start to fade away and reduce their intensity with time. It took me about 5 months of doing enemas pretty often to get rid of these symptoms. I still do an enema about once a month or every 3 weeks for maintenance.
You can go to my profile and verify for yourself I posted a few times looking for help on this forum. It was easy for me getting the nystatin around as in my country I can just buy it from any pharmacy without prescription. If you manage to get your hands on some, be sure to buy a large amount of liquid nystatin.
