Hi Heartful, you might want to seriously consider taking 10-12mg of LugolsIodine daily as well and mega doses of vitamin C. Those will mop up very well along with the others. Chances are that if you have had Amalgams for any period of time, you are very deficient in Iodine as most are. My favorite is Lugols. Cheap, effective (200 years) and safe. Besides that, they are vital nutrients nearly everyone is in dire need of. Average Japanese women consume some 13mg every day of Iodine rich food. Pretty darn good for the brain too. :)Blessings.
