I was getting better in some aspects, but worse on others. I was getting extremely tired, so the doctor gave me Vitamin B complex, Probiotics, and Activacted Charcoal to take at home. I'm taking them and the tiredness got a lot better, but a bit of anxiety came back, with abdominal gases, bloating and a bit of pain, with brain fog too. Yesterday, besides the probiotics, I took a lot of Iogurth, and I'm having a bad day today (lot of brain fog and a bit overstimulated). I don´t know if it has something to do with probiotic "overdose". About eating, I'm already eating a lot better, and taking adrenal soup almost every day.
