I'm taking a teaspoon a day, I think its the omega 3 doing it. Eating salmon clears up my Acne to. I was eating a fillet of salmon every day for awhile, and all my Acne cleared up. Then I stopped eating salmon and the Acne came back. Then I started taking cod liver oil and got the same effect.
From what I know zinc deficiency can cause acne to. I've heard people clearing up their acne by rubbing fresh urine on their skin.
