OK, I'll give it one more go.

I would be extremely cautious about any supplementation during fasting, unless you are being monitored by a health professional. It simply isn't needed during ketosis, and in fact can trigger dangerous deficiencies via the elimination response. It can also turn your body to protein catalysis for energy instead of fat, which is the last thing you want to do during a fast. This should help re. supplements, electrolytes, etc:
