Re: tried being diagnosed with Candida by doctor

You have to find a right doctor.

And, your doctor is right about exercising, it does help to a lot of people improve some of the symptoms associated with candida.

Beware, candida overgrowth is just one of the million possible outcomes of dysbiosis caused by Antibiotics .

There are over 1000 different species of microorganisms living naturally inside 100% healthy digestive tract, and candida is just one of them.

One of a 1000.

Each one of those 1000 species must be in balance with others, must coexist if person is suppose to be 100% healthy .

Just try to imagine how many different forms of imbalance can exist, if, lets say, 30% of those species are total eliminated from the intestines or, if lets say, 30% of them are in a lower number than what they are suppose to be, or 30% of them are in a higher number than what they are suppose to be .... and just try to imagine how many of those 1000 species may actually become pathogenic as a result of dysbiosis ...
Or how many other pathogens may take their place when 30% of those that are suppose to be there are exterminated by Antibiotics or by some other medications?

Dysbiosis is an extremely complex subject of microbiology, and it is not strange medical doctors are far behind medical science. You have to find a doctor that understands the problem, he may even not be a doctor, maybe a naturopath or osteopath ....
