I've been ketoing my way down from 238 to the current 150 or so. In fact I dropped to 140 or so Jan 13th. Still had baseball grabs X 3-4.
I don't think I even dropped out of keto for more than an hour or 2 since sept 15th.
My insulin sensitivity has gone through the roof, I was 0.8 a few weeks ago and my doctor had to hold the results for 2 more days to check.
Anyway I wondering if I am even going about it the right way, I fast a few days, eat 1 meal, and fast again a few more days. Does not seem to be making a dent in the grabs of fat.
BTW after a big huge dinner yesterday after a 2 day fast, and it was no where near low carb, I got hit with hunger right when I woke up, and right now its really in strong and probably wont leave till I eat again.
Have not decided yet when to eat, may go 8 days to next Monday lunch.
