Okay fellow long timers, I am in need of advice. I am going away with my in-laws on June 3. I’ll be at my 30 day mark, and plan on going off so that they won’t think I’m nuts. I know, I know, I should not care about what others think of what I’m doing, but I don’t want any waves made while on this vacation. We are staying in the same condo unit and I won’t be able to escape them should they make me insane. I am going to stick with a vegan lifestyle after this; the thought of putting slimy meat into my mouth seems out of the question. I want to keep this light and AWESOME feeling for life. So, with that being said…what the heck should I eat as to not shock them? Also, since I’ll be JUST coming off of the fast, it’s not like I can eat large portions of anything anyhow, no matter how healthy it is. I have done a little research already and thought that I will try having a few grapes for breakfast, small salad for lunch…dinner I’m stumped. I want to stay meat free….yet can’t eat too much off of the bat…and I know that we’ll be going out to dinner at night…HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I’m at such a loss. Any advice is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO appreciated.
