I don't think I'll be able to set my foot down on the 2nd day of a fast without suppliments. Fat and coffee are not going to help here.
Let me back track and explain.
I did no vitamin fasts starting Oct 12th. These were all back to back, with 1 low carb meal between them, most of them were with Bullet proof coffee. 2, 3, 5 ,8 all very successful, and I got cramps so bad through my whole body when attempting a 13 day fast. On day 6. I thought I was going to die. I could not even breathe. My eye lids were tight. I took electrolytes and it still took 5 days to get to where it was painless enough to let me say OK I'm good now.
Not looking to re live that again. And already being depleted I will get there in a day or 3 without electrolytes. If I eat 1 meal a day, I am usually going to be OK. I am going to ask Dr Fung to see what I should do. I may just go OMAD and Water Fast the day. That, yes, no need for coffee, butter or anything else.
