The cramps are back. Right leg has mild cramp this morning. Hope to just water my way through Saturday. Had a good bowel emptying this morning. Usually happens when I have 30-40 gm carb with dinner. It almost is better that it is junk carbs, cos fiber rich good carbs don't do it. They make constipation worse, ACV, salt, magnesium etc is needed to get that out and still acts like constipated.
