thank you thats the same article i found but also the only one i could find. i searched for ages and that study was the only mention of both EC and sjogrens in the same article i could find.

just seems odd that if its a common symptoms of sjogrens i couldn't find much about people with both, even in forum posts.

seems like angular chelitis is more of a problem for people with sjogrens.

that is all very interesting, its a good theory thank you for replying.

its also interesting that AIDs and Sjogrens are both autoimmune

i have a dry nose, mildly dry mouth and no eye symptoms what so ever. i only very recently got dry mouth symptoms and definitely didn't have it 9 years ago when my EC was at its worst.

i'm currently waiting for my blood results for ENA, SS-A and SS-B, i most likely won't proceed to get a biopsy regardless of the results.
