You are exactly right, day 2 and day 3 are hardest to me, and it is pointless to give up fasting at day 5 after suffering such pain.
On the other hand, Valter Longo did say we need do fasting regularly to keep IGF-1 down since the low IGF-1 level won't last long after each
fasting. His recommendation of fasting cycle is 5 days a month. If I do 13 days fasting for each cycle, do you think 13 days fasting every four month is a good practice? Or you have better fasting cycle suggestion? My goal is body cleanse and disease prevention and weight loss. Thanks for your advice again.
