Thanks for the advice, i do feel better allready, i wake up without the desert in my throat or red eyes now so thats an improvement, my skin is still very dry but at least i am able to move around and walk and such again, also went to school and did notice a major lack of focus but at the same time i do feel a lot better en can walk around again and work so i figured i'm in safe zone. (That is correct right?) because before i couldnt walk up stairs and now thats going quite allright.
I noticed the migraines came from the chickpeas or kapucijners, i think its the protein, it doesnt seem to go well at all for some reason, also the smell,its like my body doesnt approve of it, i get really tired after eating anything dairy or chickpea or kapucijners so i stick mostly to strawberries and cucumbersmoothie and grapes or melon, or spinach salad with olives that goes well, i also noticed im not hungry until like 16:00, is that normal?
I have around three liter water botles a day, one with mineral water, one with electrolyte solution and salt with stevia and one with lemon which i sip every 5 min smal amounts and kokoswater aswel.
I think my hydration level is going up since i see my eyes getting whiter although my skin is still snowflaking a lot, i hope that gets better soon, ill post something when my skin is normal again and i have my focus fully back, i do feel like i'm drinking more then is entering my body but then again i can only tell that by how dry my skin feels, i dont feel organs or something so yeah..ok anyway, hope i'm doing it right now :)
