I do Sea Salt (I hear pink Himalayan is best) flushes from time to time. It helps get things moving. Though it's a good idea to replenish your gut flora with yogurt/kefir, sauerkraut etc afterwards to prevent candida and other nasties taking root.
Papaya is another natural laxative when you consume enough of it. If I eat whole small Papaya including seeds, I go maybe 3/4 times. Warning, it can be quite explosive (hehe). Papaya is also highly anti-parasitic. Although I've found they don't work against all parasites. Dwarfs don't like it, seem to run away, then come back. Sneaky bastards hide in the bile ducts to avoid the stuff.
