The problem with many infections is that many of them are caused by small parasites which are hard to see. You really need to be more of an expert and understand the symptoms, life cycles etc to figure things out, plus understanding the reactions to certain meds.
In fact I think the smaller parasites cause more damage. Usually when things progress slowly and it is hard to find something that works from the general protocols, usually means you have mutliple infections at once and those are complicated. Understanding dosing and which meds and when can be quite a challenge.
I use moxi periodically.
Fennel seeds are said to help with bloating and to flush dead worms out, but i don't think it kills anything. If you have lots of die off and need something to calm things down i certainly recommend melissa officinalis (dried) and/or rooibos (redbush) tea. Fennel is good but somewhat strong for irritation, and klicorice is said to cause high blood pressure but is used in detox teas so see how it goes...
