Hi guys. New on here lol. Anyway, I started a Water Fast on Monday and found the first 2 days pretty easy, but then it came to day 3 and my cravings go soooo bad. I decided to try and ignore them so I had a drink of tea. That made me feel a bit better. I don't know what happened but my brain just went insane and I went into the kitchen and started eating :(.
I had 3 slices of toast with Nutella, 3 packets of salt and vinegar crisps and a small kit kat. I feel such guilt after this. Since starting my first fast on Monday, I had lost 4 pounds. It is now half way through Wednesday. Will I still continue to lose pounds? I think I consumed near enough 900 calories. I Felt so guilty I went and exercised for an hour. Will I gain weight or lose weight? Someone help me.
