Yes, we all have been there. You learn from your experience and move on. I am so sorry not because you failed, but what kind of fake foods you have sitting in your house. You need a lifestyle change. These junk should not even be eaten when you are not fasting.
So we have a reward center in our brain which tells us, oh!!! this feels good, give me that again, Sugar
does that very easily. You can learn to create your own reward center, one that makes you feel good when you are healthy, when you have a lot energy, when you are able to focus like never before, when you know what is food and what is not, when someone comments on your skin, when someone comments on your body, etc.
The remedy for you now is to reset by eating a plant based raw diet for at least one week. Our body demands food when we do not have micro nutrients stored for compensating the non-nutritious junk we eat. So eat plant based foods and then start your fast again. Also keep in mind that nothing but water goes in you mouth.
Tea and coffee are very enervating because they are diuretics that take water away from your body, especially when fasting.
It is always a good idea to read some posts here before fasting.
