You had me at 'these will kill you'! Alrighty then. I am starting out today Day 1 with nothing but water. I reviewed the prep in the cleansing and I'm not ready for that complexity yet. I will see how far my body allows me to go first time around. I read your articles on taking a soak on Epson Salt, Iodine and potassium chloride. Can you expand on this portion in terms of measurement to the bath water in ounces for each, specific brands (Amazon?) and frequency per week recommended?
Also a good workaround for the hunger pangs since I can't take the appetite suppressant? And they suggested amount of water to consume in a day? I read some post about drinking too much to offset hunger wreaks havoc on the brain and kidneys.
Lastly is the thought about electrolytes. When do you know they are too low and need to begin to reintroduce them?
