Hi Archus, thank you for your response and well wishes. Yes. I have read much of the information regarding the refeeding after a long fast. I have decided on a small glass of diluted fresh squeezed orange juice and depending on how my body reacts to it, building up liquids and fruit from there. Then it's a moderate, low calorie nutrient dense raw diet from then on. I'll leave the soups for as long as possible but I am craving a lovely lentil soup.
It's amazing how much ones view on food changes during a long fast. I've had much time to think and reflect and while at the beginning of the fast I was craving junk food, just the thought of putting that stuff in my body now makes me want to gag.
