I'm most of the way into a qt of water, and have downed a tea with HWC and sucralose. I feel like I can take on the world.
I have been super stressed on a few personal fronts, maybe I should avoid the dry fasting for longer than 2 days.
I have a long drive and a hard labor day tomorrow, so I am thinking of Water Fasting till tomorrow afternoon.
