Hey...I can completely relate to you. I am on day 4 today and woke up feeling absolutely TERRIBLE. I was beside myself with stupor at how horrible and queazy/dizzy/clammy I was feeling. This is a big no no but I had to put a stick of mint gum in my mouth and chew but I do NOT want to break this fast at all. I have read that this icky/flu like feeling can be quite normal. Stay positive! Drink all your fluids. I myself will omit the cayenne in my drink for today just so I can get beyond this point. I will have some organic peppermint tea later w/ a bit of maple. I will instead take half of a cayenne capsule ( I will open it and pour half the contents out so it won't be so harsh) I'll do this 2x today. I'll take it from there. I am not telling you this so you can do the same but I am only telling you how I plan to fight back because I don't want to break this fast !! I have been feeling terrible for a while despite trying to eat well (vegetarian) and working out. This is my chance and yours too. Just drink drink so you can flush all of that stuff out. Remember...I am on day 4 too so hang in there :)
