I would say, that a short fast like that would have opened up your detox pathways quite well... I would also say that most certainly to see improvement a longer fast is required.

What you could try is a refeed for two weeks then fast for two weeks, and repeat this 2*2 regimen until you see some improvement, or try for a longer fast later on
