Yea being a man, and the genius that theorized this (added up lots of research from lots of sources about "lowering your weight set point" etc etc ) I have to get the last 12-13% out, I was @ 20% this morning.
Anyway I tend to lose weight pretty fast especially when I start a fast. I have in the past lost like 10+ in the first 36 hrs, and I lost 3-4lb for the next day or 2. Then I taper off to ~2/3 to 3/4 lb a day.
Let me post a random progress report - I need to make it past the first 2 days. I have done many fasts that didn't make past day 3.
