But sometimes social pressures don't let me do it. I had to drive 220 miles 1 way to the Atlanta airport. I couldn't afford a call from nature except one that was synched up with the other 2 in the car. AKA people with a plane to catch.
Anyway I am in that - body will take care - mode now. I've got a little bit of a formula going.
The first 12-16 hrs after eating, I need to sort of actively push it out via ACV, water, coffee, tea etc. I take all of them with nothing other than far calories. Bullet proof coffee and tea usually.
That results in a good emptying.
Then a dry fast for 48 or how ever many hours. I never managed to get much past 48 so far. So here is to hoping I'll go 72 or 96 dry.
Then transition back to water with fats and coffee/tea if required.
I am at a 40hr fast with the most recent 24 dry. Hopefully I'll go into the weekend still dry. I think this is a good strategy for me.
