In this case, I would definitely not fast. I also don't know that you have understood what is at stake here. So I will try again.
Fast when your life has no external pressures. Fast when you are able to drink water only and rest, it is very important to also stay warm. You are obsessive about fasting. You yourself have written that fasting should not be used for weight loss and that is exactly what you are doing.
So I think the best thing to do is to take a break. Eat Keto diet, mostly raw, no junk and after a month or so do kidney cleanse, colon cleanse, liver flush, then if you feel fasting will help further detox, go ahead do it, but follow the rules, no salt, no toothpaste, no coffee/ tea, just distilled water as per thirst.
If all these are hard to do, then juice fasting is the way to go. Supermarket variety of juices will not help, you have plan to do 5-10 juices, freshly squeezed per day. Don't mix vegetables and fruits.
