Re: Parasite Cleanse Done.. What Next?

Yeah it sounds like your liver is a good place to focus on given what you said. It is smart to let the dust settle before jumping into something new as too many things in the fire at once make it hard to tell what is helping and what is hurting.

You must live really far north for shipping to be that expensive. Do you have a local health shop near by? Maybe you can find some of these things locally if so.

Have a look at my post here, its a list of things that I use to have successful liver flushes.

Liver Flushing is a long term process so dont expect quick results. You may not even see any stones the first few times doing them. This does not mean you do not have stones or it is not working. It may take a while for a packed liver to get things loose and build enough bile in order to push the stones out. The things I listed in that post above can help get this started quicker. Expect to do 25-30 flushes before you start seeing real gains. Also you may temporarily feel worse as the Liver Flushes can stir up toxins in your sytem. It is not uncommon to have your tboughts and emotions thrown off a bit after doing one. Make sure to support yourself with antioxidants and follow up the flush wth a quality fiber mix and/or P&B shakes as these can soak up some toxins before they have a chance to absorb back into your system.

Do not be scared of enemas. I was terrified of them before I started, I was always the guy saying nope, no way, never, exit only! LOL All I can say is they are not anywhere near as bad as you imagine, just use common sense. If you feel a lot of pressure dont force yourself to hold it. There is a bit of a learning curve on how to do it best, but you get the hang of it after a while. I would say it is worth investing in a quality stainless steel enema bucket and medical grade silicone tubing. Also look into the benefits of doing coffee enemas (very different effect on the body than drinking coffee. These can help detoxify the liver and can be very powerful in conjunction with liver flushes. When I do Liver Flushes now I no longer do Epsom Salt dose 3 and 4, instead I do a few water/salt/bentonite enemas followed by a coffee enema. This way is far less stressful on the kiidneys and makes it so I can do the flushes much frequently. Bottom line is enemas are your friend, do not be scared of them.

Best of luck, keep us posted on you progress.
