No particular brand of rice, but short grain brown is better, because it binds nicely in you intestines and if you soak them for a few hours or even over night it becomes prebiotics. Get some yogurt that is plain and later on you can make your own yogurt. Are you in England? If yes, you probably get unpasteurized dairy easily. Here in the US it is very difficult.
Veggies I would go for are carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, green peas and green beans.
Ya, Colon Cleanse is a good idea before LF.
