I have access to several greens that grow in my yard. Otherwise I could buy "organic" from the store for a few days. Past that I am probably going to back slide into store bought foods.
I have nice leafy veggies in my yard. That would be my first stop I am thinking. I should go a few days on that, and maybe buy organic veggies to supplement.
Juicing of these I wont be able to, these things do not juice at all, too much fiber.
