Unwell since finishing a water fast?

Hi all,

I completed a short Water Fast of 5 days around 5 months ago. Since finishing the fast I have been left with a constant dry mouth/thirst and frequent urination of very dilute urine along with feeling fatigued. Anything I drink just seems to go straight through me without me absorbing the fluids. I can only assume the Water Fast caused this due to these symptoms starting when I finished the fast.

I have had blood and urine tests from my doctor which have shown low calcium levels in the blood and low urine osmolality (dilute urine).

I am wondering why this has happened and what I might be able to do to fix it?

I am being referred on to an endocrinologist. Who I assume will look at my hormones but this could take months! From my symptoms it sounds like there could be an issue with my anti diuretic hormone (ADH) which would be causing me to lose water. So diabetes insipidus (not related to Sugar diabtetes) could be a possible diagnosis but I hope that's not what this is. Or possibly something to do with my kidneys? It's a bit of a mystery to me right now.

I really hope it isnt any sort of serious condition and its something I can correct naturally myself but things aren't looking good at the moment.

Does anyone have any idea what might be going on with me and what I could do about it? Have you experienced anything similar? I am getting desperate and really need some advice.

I was really hopeful and excited during the Water Fast but am seriously regretting it now.
