I did saunas before and I'm already so malnourished that even if I do one sauna super hydrated I get cramps and for a few days afterwards.
The last chelation I tried was with DMPS. I could not tolerate 1mg doses and was getting severe panic attacks from it. My adrenals were in horrific state and I stopped.
I'm already supplementing most of what you stated and few things on top of that. I'm spending more than 200 USD monthly on supps and if I stop them I can't even operate on a daily level (provided the fact that now I also hardly operate most of the days).
Ghee, butter, cream, kombucha, berries... I hope I were able to tolerate even a gram of those. I'm hyper sensitive to all of them since 5 years and then I was way more healthy and less sensitive than now.
I AM taking olive oil, coconut oil and flax oil every day. However, they do not calm down my hunger feeling. I feel as diversity of foods is what my body is lacking.
Just think how many ingredients are in a single pizza? Only the sauce contains ten ingredients, then you have carbs from the bread, cheese, oil, veggies, meat.... I'm having two types of veggies, olive oil and one plain boiled pork which is disgusting even to taste with salt.
Do you believe that if I'm having 300-500mg of pork per day I still need the aminoacids?
Re spices, last time I decided to try to have organi chicken with spices and it was one of the most horrific sicknesses from food I had for a few hours later. I'm having just boiled organic pork now with plenty of Potassium salt to support my adrenals.
