Thank you for reading and responding. The first time I did it I did it for 30 days. I did not have anything other than extreme headaches and fatigue. Nothing other than a mucus film come out and poop. But nothing else. This is definately much easier than my first cleanse. I would just go straight home and sleep! Keep up the good work Tweet
