wow first of all congratulations!!! your very first fast and you went all the way to ten :D !!!
the first two days after the fast, i think it's best to drink just the oj, and not the lemonade as well... (i read the same book as you, so it's just my interpretation )... i think this partly because one's metabolism has SLOWED down a lot during the 10 day fast, so it's really best to start increasing the number of calories/food VERY SLOWLY or you will gain unwanted weight!!
drink the oj slowly, and drink some clean water as well :)
