From what I have found a lot of disease (probably more than 90%) has to do with our reaction (i.e., bodily reactivity) to ideas that we have upheld as beliefs. These ideas are bogus.

So it is important that you identify and discharge / reject these ideas. There is always a cheat involved. Someone close enough to you, i.e., related in some way, maybe relative, friend or co-worker, is involved.

The person/ persons, who are involved are related and able to pose a threat. The threat is used to cause you fear and thus mistakenly treat the ideas, which appear associated but which are only concurrent, as beliefs. This is the pitfall you need to overcome. The most important thing to realise is that the ideas in Mind and the bodily reactivity, especially fear are UNRELATED. They are only coincidental to cause you to think they are associated.

Start a diary (for your eyes ONLY) of thoughts and add also those with whom you had interacted with and anything that may have been said or physical cues. And time and date everything. After a while you will find patterns. For example, when X rang after there were a, b and c thoughts. Or when someone comes to mind without you calling them to mind and again ideas that might also come to mind.

You will discover who is trying to adversely affect you and thus you can take distance from them. Don't give away any personal information. Personal information is the ammunition that is used against you.

You will overcome this and get your health back. It is only your reaction. When you realise how and why you are reacting, you will cease to react.
