Question about low cortisol

Hi.Forgive my poor English.
I'm curious is there a cortisol level when it's IMPOSSIBLE to recover naturally anymore??I haven't ever checked my cortisol levels but I'm sure its definitely low(can't handle stress at all).Or is there ALWAYS a possibility that your body would recover naturally no matter how low it is(if you reduce stress, give it good food, vitamins etc)?
I'm asking because i have an hypochondriacal thoughts which are what if my body can't be recovered naturally already...And mb i must take hydrocortisone...
And here I'm trying to meditate, eat properly, take vitamins etc etc...And of course these thoughts get me more anxious.. It is a vicious cycle...
Thank you;)
