Hey, I just wanted to give an update. I have been drinking banana smoothies with mangos, blackberries, spirulina for a late lunch and then eating in moderation, whatever I want for dinner
The one thing I have done differently, which I can't believe I haven't discovered before .. is drinking CORIANDER TEA first thing in the morning. I bought coriander seeds, boil a pint of water add 4 TBS of the seeds and let sit for 5 minutes. I read where this heals the thyroid if you do it for 30 days straight (its an Ayurvedic method)
Well, it's working!! I was constantly staying at 170/171 .. I am now at 163 lbs and I probably haven't been this in 3 to 4 years! Needless to say, I am super happy. This is without exercising too :)
