Thank you for starting this thread and doing a play-by-play record of your month, Honest Joe. I really enjoyed reading it.

The longest I've done a Water Fast is three days. I intend to start a diluted juice fast the day after Thanksgiving (I live in the U.S.). Equal parts juice to water. It won't be like what you did, but you have still given me great encouragement. Thank you.
