Re: Insane stuck throat feeling for months now. Help needed on figuring it out!
Hey, I'm glad u tuned in. Well, to be honest, the stuck throat turned into a somewhat of a funny story. Since I also had a left shoulder problem, which it's origin came from the front (chest), there is this muscle called the subclavius. I am still manually releasing it from time to time, but it's more of a muscle related problem, which needs to be released. Especially since I upped my dose, and my throat is more relaxed now, I'm even more certain it's a muscle related problem. HOWEVER, the same problem (i.e. stuck throat) could have a different cause in everyone, for me it was a muscle problem (still an assumption nonetheless). Perhaps u should give it a try, I tried it with a tennis ball, just under the subclavius. It gave a uncomfortable feeling at first, but soon after I definitelly felt muscles being released. Everything needs to be balanced, so I do think other muscles need be worked out, in order balance the load of other muscles. I think I read something somewhere regarding sitting behind a desk, entraps the subclavius muscle and making it more prone to certain issues (later in life).
