I suggest two or more tablespoons daily of colloidal gold daily for your depression and brain fog. I can personally attest to colloidal gold increasing mood, focus and memory - and tests as well as anecdotal evidence have demonstrated the benefits of colloidal gold.  Check out the article I researched and wrote about colloidal gold:

I can appreciate extreme fatigue - I battle that myself due to the damnable Lyrica I take for diabetic peripheral neuropathy (which I am addressing naturally and hoping to ultimately reverse). Three things I take that noticeably increase my energy are the outstanding all around nutritional product IntraMax (which has a whopping 415 different nutrients), OxyActin (which contains anaeropbic oxygen as well as CoEnzyme CoQ10) and a supplement that is a combination of Vitamin B12 nd folic acid. Without those, it would frankly be very difficult to drag myself to the computer every day.
