Hello, I just wanted to tell you what has help me.
Eat plenty of fiber
Avoid over eating
Absolutely no fast or processed foods because it will make u constipated
Drink water. No soda or fruit juices with a lot of sugar
Eat foods with 1 ingredient. Don't eat anything from a box, frozen
Dinners, candy, and sweets
Eat green leafy veggies especially parsley bc it cleans the blood and neutralizes odor. If you lack motivation when it comes to eating healthy, look up "life regenerator" on YouTube. This guys is very motivating, and he explains the importance of a healthy diet.
